12 Month Manufacturing Warranty:

Dacia Jewelry offers a free 12 month Manufacturing Warranty on all pieces from the date of purchase.

Products deemed faulty due to a Manufacturing defect are eligible for either an exchange or a complimentary repair.

Please contact enquiries@daciajewelry.com if you believe your item is faulty and we will conduct an assessment of the item.

Dacia Jewelry Refund & Return Policies:

At Dacia Jewelry, we prioritise customer satisfaction and handle order changes and cancellations on a case-by-case basis. Dacia offers order change and cancellations within 7 days of purchase of the made-to-order collection. Purchase from the ‘one of a kind’ collection are final.

Dacia Jewelry will not be held responsible for refunds or returns due to the customer having a change of mind or incorrect ring sizing. Visit the ring sizing guide to verify your ring size before purchase.

Dacia Jewelry Return & Refund policies do not cover:

- One of a kind & commission pieces.

-Theft or loss

- Dents, abrasions, or scratches on settings due to everyday wear.

- Chips, scratches, nicks, or breakages on gemstones due to accidents or wear.

- Discoloration / wear of metals from corrosive chemical exposure

- Normal wear leading to metal wear down
